You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
For items purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any free promotional items included with your order may be deducted from your refund amount.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information below. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
